Our inviting apartments will delight you with their warmth and the typical rustic mountain hut flair in combination with contemporary comfort.
They were mainly built with the natural materials stone, wood and granite, these materials harmonize perfectly with the surroundings of the house.
Our greatest passion is wood - here we used larch and spruce from local forests - the scent of which alone conveys the feeling of natural health.

Two bedrooms fully paneled in antique spruce are equipped with a double bed, wardrobes, desk, TV-SAT and safe.Our handmade built-in furniture creates a cozy atmosphere.
The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed.

The kitchen in wood has 4 induction hot plates, a large fridge with freezer, oven and a coffee machine. All MIELE built-in appliances ensure that cooking is really fun.
There is also a comfortable seating area in the spacious apartment, where you can relax and enjoy the crackling fire in the Tulikivi soapstone stove.

The prices (in Euro) are per night in the apartment.
Bedlinen and towels included. The price includes also taxes (like water, energy, heating, parking in garage, VAT. 10%) and final cleaning but not local tax.
A local tax was introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. T he local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is Euro 2,80 per person per night. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Reservations: reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail.
In case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit. In case of a cancellation of up to 3 month before the holiday beginning until 1 month before, you have to pay 40% of the entire arrangment price.
In case of cancellation from 1 month until 1 week before arrival, 70% of the entire arrangement price will be charged,
for cancellation under 1 week before arrival 100% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.

Roules: We put special emphasis on the cleanliness of our house and ask our guests kindly to look after our facilities and furnishings.
Smoking is prohibited, the apartments are non-smoking flats! So please smoke outside in the garden.
The holiday apartments must not be entered with ski boots – please use the utility room with the boots dryer.
Animals are not allowed.
Check-in from 2.00 pm Check-out within 9.00 am Uhr. Please advise arrivals after 20.00.
The house is located in the center of St.Christina in Val Gardena, yet in a quiet area.
Monte Pana chairlift in sight, so it's really only a few steps to the connection to the Sella Ronda.
Shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Consideration of the neighborhood is important to us. Please behave as calmly and kindly as you would like from others, because the neighborhood are very friendly and helpful.
Mobility has always been a priority in Val Gardena.
Skiers can leave their car comfortably in our garage, because they only have a few steps to the lift.
For mobility between the villages of Val Gardena, our guests can use the free Val Gardena Mobil Card. This is included in the local tax. Nearest bus stop 150 m from the house.
