The prices (in Euro) for the apartments are per nights.
Bedlinen and towels included. The price includes also taxes (like water, energy, heating, parking in garage, VAT. 10%) and final cleaning.
Local tax: A local tax was introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is Euro 2,80 per person per night. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Reservations: reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail. In case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit.
In case of a cancellation of up to 3 month before the holiday beginning until 1 month before, you have to pay 40% of the entire arrangment price.
In case of cancellation from 1 month until 1 week before arrival, 70% of the entire arrangement price will be charged,
for cancellation under 1 week before arrival 100% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
In case of belated arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of stay. We also refer to the “General Terms and Conditions” of the accommodation facilities associated with the Tourism Offices of Val Gardena” in their respective valid version which regulate the present accommodation contract.
