Price information:
The price includes bed linen and towels and all additional costs such as electricity, water, waste disposal, heating, garage parking, VAT (10%) and final cleaning. Local tax:
The revenue from the local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sports events. This tax will be levied on all accommodation establishments, per guest and per overnight stay. The amount is € 2.80 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.
Bookings:
Reservations are only valid upon receipt of a deposit by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail. In case of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to 4 months before the agreed arrival date, the contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee. Outside this period, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- up to 1 week before arrival 100% of the total arrangement price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.
Arrival & departure:
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out until 9 am. For arrivals after 8 pm please inform us.
Payment:
The following card payments are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Gpay, and Applepay.
House rules:
We place special emphasis on the cleanliness of our house and kindly ask you to take care of the equipment and furniture.
Smoking is not allowed, the apartments are non-smoking! Please smoke outside in the garden.
Ski boots are not allowed in the apartments. We also ask you to leave your hiking boots and shoes outside and only enter the apartment with slippers – the wooden floor will appreciate it.
Our holiday home has a storage room with a ski boot dryer.
Pets are not allowed.
Respect for the neighbourhood is important to us. Please be quiet and friendly, as you would expect from others, as our neighbours are very friendly and helpful.

- Free parking spaces in the underground car park
- Charging station for electric cars for a fee

- Intermediate cleaning for a minimum stay of 7 nights
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Massages and beauty treatments are available on request for a fee
- SPA with Finnish sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool and relaxation room (included in the price twice a week per accommodation in winter only). In spring, summer and autumn the SPA is only available by booking and for a fee.
