Price information:
The price includes bed linen and towels and all additional costs such as electricity, water, waste disposal, heating, garage parking, VAT (10%) and final cleaning. Local tax:
The revenue from the local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sports events. This tax will be levied on all accommodation establishments, per guest and per overnight stay. The amount is € 2.80 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.
Bookings:
Reservations are only valid upon receipt of a deposit by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail. In case of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to 4 months before the agreed arrival date, the contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee. Outside this period, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- up to 1 week before arrival 100% of the total arrangement price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.
Arrival & departure:
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out until 9 am. For arrivals after 8 pm please inform us.
Payment:
The following card payments are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Gpay, and Applepay.
House rules:
We place special emphasis on the cleanliness of our house and kindly ask you to take care of the equipment and furniture.
Smoking is not allowed, the apartments are non-smoking! Please smoke outside in the garden.
Ski boots are not allowed in the apartments. We also ask you to leave your hiking boots and shoes outside and only enter the apartment with slippers – the wooden floor will appreciate it.
Our holiday home has a storage room with a ski boot dryer.
Pets are not allowed.
Respect for the neighbourhood is important to us. Please be quiet and friendly, as you would expect from others, as our neighbours are very friendly and helpful.

- Free parking spaces in the underground car park
- Charging station for electric cars for a fee
- Access to fast internet
- Intermediate cleaning for a minimum stay of 7 nights
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Massages and beauty treatments are available on request for a fee
- SPA with Finnish sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool and relaxation room (included in the price twice a week per accommodation in winter only). In spring, summer and autumn the SPA is only available by booking and for a fee.

CONDITIONS - SÜDTIROL ALTO ADIGE GUEST PASS:
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige GuestPas (consequently Guest Pass) will be issuedto the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regionalgovernment No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil"network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourismorganization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium,appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Associationof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of theadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing andmanaging the Guest Pass. PRIVACY - SÜDTIROL ALTO ADIGE GUEST PASS:
Purpose :
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body ofthe Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and toprovide the associated services.
Recipient:
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to theMobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder andunified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller inprocessing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processingto which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
